Legal Help Needed for Loan Repayment Issues and Harassment by Lender

I have taken 4–5 personal loans, but due to a financial crisis, I am unable to pay EMIs on time. I have tried to request alternative repayment options and some time from the lenders, but they have refused all proposals.
Now they are sending legal notices and continuously harassing me through calls, messages, and WhatsApp. This is causing serious mental stress. I am not trying to escape repayment — I just need some time to recover and pay.
