hello, check your transaction history, you can contact the recipient if you know him/her personally, or, you can take the assistance of customer care of Paytm, you can also contact your bank to request the other bank for reversal of the amount you paid wrongly. You can also escalate the complaint to NPCI, and, Banking Ombudsman.
