How can I recover back money from fraud career consultants

Dear team, I paid total 47,400 rupees at Shine2Career recruiters for various duties, and they said the amount is refundable, when I finished every process, from the second day they can't give reply of my call yet too. I have their contact numbers and bank details, also payment proof. How can I get money back from them, because they are fraud. I paid amount from my friends and family members, now I have to return them, last tow weeks they not give my call answer. Please help me and give a best way for solution. Thanks.
