I had a coworker dealing with financial troubles and over course of 4-6 months I had given her a total of 152,000 INR. She returned small amounts and is not responding to my calls/ messages anymore. How can I take this legally and get my money back ?

u can approach a good advocate advice and can plan for file fir in PS, or suit for fraud and cheating in lower court .
