Friend refusing to return bike

sir my friend asked me to give the bike for some argent work so i gave my bike to him after 4 days also he is not returning my bike and not responding to my call so can i give the police complaint i dint did my bike insurance can i give the complent sir
You can certainly give police complaint against your friend for the said loss or theft, if the vehicle is yours. Such a complaint can be registered irrespective of whether or not it is up to date with insurance.
