Facing personal loan regarding issue

Dear Sir, I had a ₹5,00,000 personal loan and already paid ₹2,80,000. Due to medical emergency, I requested settlement and your nodal officer confirmed ₹1,90,000, which I accepted. Now the officer denied it, demanded ₹3,50,000 and threatened court, garnishment and said arbitration award passed, but I never received any notice. My NESL shows default. Kindly correct it and confirm if I can mark “dispute” in NESL and proceed with the earlier approved settlement.

If you have received a confirmed settlement letter through mail and the amount is mentioned in that letter then you can proceed with the payment and demand your NOC from the lending organisation. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
