Customer not paying due fees how can I recover the fees

15-Jul-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I have a startup. This firm is not registered legally or anything. But from last 3 years I'm providing home tutors to people. Home tuition is something in which tutor visits student's house to conduct every lecture. I am actually a agent between parents and tutors. I charge a portion of tuition fees from parents. I provided a tutor to a family but even after 2 years of successfully completing their tuition they are not paying the due fees. Is it possible to do something about this?

Dear sir,
while providing service you must have some documents for negotiation with the party. In case your fees is not paid, you can file suit for recovery in your own name. It seems to be proprietary concern which does not require any registration.
