Conversion of regular recovery suit into summary recovery suit

I have already filed a regular civil recovery case om 04/09/2018..1st date after filing is given 18 sep.2018.. Now today i came to know that instead of filing regular civil suit , summary recovery suit is far better Option also it runs speedy as well..now can i give application to court that i want to convert my regular civil suit to summary suit as i didnt have knowledge before filing this civil suit as a regular..i didnt get legal advice what i came to know now.. Can court allow me to transfer my RCS to summary recovery suit and that will run before senior division court as per CPC rule..pls reply..i m very much frustrated after came to know this

You can file application but the said court will not accept the same because you recently have filed this RCS and it's started with the proceedings and sumance yet to be issued.
As per my knowledge after appearance of other party your application will consider.
If you are not aware about the legal procedure and other thngs better to engage lawyer.

you just witdraw the regular civil suit with demand court fee stmap refund and after you may file summary suit or you may also givin the application to regular civil sut to convert as summary sut but yo have less change to convert .
