After understanding the case and verifying all supporting evidence such as transaction records, call recordings, written assurances by the DSA or bank staff, and prior complaint emails that establish the pattern of fraud and financial loss , deliberate deception, forged documents, false assurances, or misuse of customer credentials Under the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021, a complaint can be filed against Yes Bank for any act of misrepresentation, delay, denial of legitimate service, or wrongful debit/credit arising out of the conduct of its employees or appointed agents. The RBI Ombudsman mechanism offers a time-bound resolution (generally within 30–45 days). Consumer Court case can be simultaneously filed under the Consumer Protection Act to claim compensation for deficiency in banking service and unfair trade practice. This includes both the actual financial loss and the mental harassment caused by misrepresentation, false promises, and negligent handling by the bank and its authorised representative (DSA). A criminal complaint can be filed under for cheating, criminal breach of trust, and conspiracy against the DSA and the concerned bank employee
