Builder/Engineer - Delay, Cost Escalation and Quality Issue

Petitioned about Builder/Engineer - Delay, Cost Escalation and Quality Issue in District Consumer forum with all evidences and got the relief awarded in June-2024 with 60 days time but builder didn't pay-up. Petitioned with attaching his property but builder got the execution order stayed in State Consumer forum with condonation of delay and paying half the amount of relief in Nov-2024. Henceforth, the stay is getting extended without argument and nothing is moving forward. Need advice here.

I doubt whether your Counsel is regularly appearing on each date. If yes, then file for release of the deposited amount to you. Alternatively, apply for vacating the stay order - can be done before the State Commission by a separate Application.
