Builder denying TDS refund and also not met promises they advertised

- The builder had kept me in dark about the TDS and taken the entire amount even though it was mentioned in the agreement that I should deduct 1% TDS while payment, which had got me penalised by the income tax for not paying the TDS on time. And despite that they are not bothered about refunding the TDS amount which I had paid on their behalf separately. - Not providing the washroom false ceilings as promised in the brochure. I want to know what are my rights here so that I can fight for it.
