Car loan tha jo ki bhai ke name se tha unki death ho gyi karib 11 mahine baad unhone papa ke account se 318000 kaat liye aur unka account 454000 minus kar diya jab mai bank gya to unhone bola wo guarantor hai jabki unhone kabhi guarantor ke name ke liye sign nahi kiya bhai ne hi sign karke de diya apne se ab wo bol rahe hai sign aapne Kiya hai jabki papa ne sign nahi kiya hai ab mai kya karu

You should immediately get a legal notice drafted and address the same to the concerned bank from where your brother took the loan. And also simtaneously get a complaint drafted and give it to the police station according to your jurisdiction.
