ARBITRATION NOTICE ISSUED IN THE NAME OF-SUDHAKAR DAULAT PATIL

My arbitration notice issue in the name of -SUDHAKAR DAULAT PATIL.but my correct name is -SUDHAKAR DHANRAJ PATIL. Because of arbitration notice my savings account is blocked can I unfreeze this account plz give me guidence

Merely because of arbitration notice, savings account cannot be blocked. The real reason of account being frozen would be entirely different. However, If an arbitration proceeding is going on, and because of the order passed by arbitrator, your account is blocked, we can take steps as per low before the court as well arbitrator. Would further require more details to resolve your query satisfactorily.
