Wrong wing in stamp duty Challan

I had paid my stamp duty last week, which was done via builder. They mentioned incorrect wing in flat number. Due to this my stamp duty Challan got generated with wrong wing against flat number. The wing and Flat number is correctly mentioned in sale deed. Though the registration with the registrar is still to be done. What is the process to get this error corrected? The builder is not ready to initiate refund of Stamp duty and repay it correctly. Is there any alternative solution to this problem?
This is my response to you:
1. You can execute a Deed of Rectification;
2. The same will need to be registered;
3. Still, ask your builder to repayment of stamp duty;
4. Consult a local lawyer, with full facts and then take steps.
