Wrong Tehseil mention in sale agreement & saler not agree for registry

Land khasra no., patwar halka and district are correct in sale agreement but tehsil is wrong mentioned. saler taken 50% advance of agreement value and now not agree for registry. pls advise for further legal process.

It does not matter if the tehsil is wrongly mentioned in the sale contract and what kind of legal norms are made by you within the time period stipulated in the contract, even after that if the registration is not done then you can file a civil suit under the specific performance Act in competent civil court. more information call me.
