Wrong acre no in plot registration documents

Hello Sir,
In my plot registration documents acre no is marked wrong. Actuall acre number is 2 acre next to my plot and the marked acre ia come under agriculture land. Actual owner is available to provide all documents. Govt offical are denied to swap the acre number, because one have property id other is under unauthorised area.
