Won a part of a property in a case can we sell the property

Sir in 1945 my grandfather won the case 3/4th portion in one of the property but since still today we r not able to take position in that property and also we didn't do any division in property map......so can we do sale deed only on decree copy of 1945.and while sale deed registration is it compulsory to submit property map as well as assessment certificate
If you have a copy of decree then the legal heirs of your father can execute the sale deed and sell the property.
However if the property is not partition then you will have to first execute a parition deed and then sell the property.
