Wish to do cidco transfer for 25% share of WILL

Out of 50% shareof mother's WILL. 25% is mine .will cidco transfer my share of 25% out of 50% SHARE OF MOTHER. The remaining 25% share belongs to 3 people with who are untraceable.They live out of India.3 out of 4 are untraceable . I am the 4th beneficary. Can I get cidco transfer for my 25% share

Yes, you can apply to CIDCO for transfer/transmission of your 25% share if the Will validly gives you that share and you have the required probate. CIDCO’s own procedure recognises transfer on the basis of a Will and probate.

Yes you definitely can, you need to get a probate done for the same incase they’re not traceable the court will ask you to send the same to their last known address.. It’s not difficult to get this done just a little time consuming so it’s better to start it asap..
