I am a lady and have two elder brothers and one elder sister. We have a house( 650 sq yds ) belonging to my mother. I got married in 1984 and moved out of Delhi. In 1989 my mother died. My one elder brother and my elder unmarried sister remained in the property. One brother shifted to Paris in 1983. Things were fine and in 1996 my brother said let's put our names in the property so we all four went to a notary and got an affidavit made which states the house belongs to four of us in four equal s

In case your siblings are not giving you the property share, we need to issue them legal notice followed by suit for partition, possession, damages, injunction etc. Kindly be in touch to understand the legalities in this regard Thanks
