Will made on my Fathers' Brother without consent from any of siblings

20-Jan-2025 (In Property Law)
Hindu Religion-My Grandfather has 3 sons and 1 daughter. My father is eldest and retired ex-serviceman. My grandfather made will (home + land=4500 sq) on his 3rd son without informing/asking consent from any of his ward. My grandfather made the will when he was 86 now he is no more. When we approached the 3rd son, he is not willing to give any share to any of his siblings. Kindly let me know about ways to get my fathers share.

Your grandfather was free to write a Will bequeathing his property to anyone of his choice. Consent of his other sons and daughter was not legally necessary at all. Your father cannot claim any share in the property.
