Will made by me earlier on society patta now its jda approved.

I made will for my home in 2009. It was on society patta. Now this house is JDA approved . They reduced the plot size by 3 sq yards. Now I have JDA patta. Is there a need to make another will or that will is valid?

Will ka matlab hota hai antim ichcha aur antim ichcha kabhi bhi badalti rahti hai aap ek Nai WIl banaa sakte hain ismein purani bhi cancel Kar Sakte hain is me aap property ka sahi tarike se vivaran de sakte hain or yadi WILL ko registered karyage to adhik behatar hoga ... vasi WILL ka registered hona jaruri nahi hain
