Can we make WILL in pagdi system.
My grnd mother creatd will n excluded my dad.
Nw she died.
The will is registered.
Cn we challenge the will
pagdi property cannot be bequeathed by will. as per Maharashtra rent control act, anyone residing with the tenant at the time of his/her death, becomes entitled to be the tenant. u can call me if u have any further queries.

1. You can transfer property via rent agreement;
2. or tenancy agreement;
3. You can make a Will, but the same needs to be valid;
4. If it is invalid then it is void;
5. A Will can be of some significance if you are landlord and not for tenant;
