WILL clarification - No property information listed in WILL

20-Apr-2024 (In Property Law)
Hello, My father has a left a will without the list of properties. Will this create an issue when I take this to probate? The WILL shows the below: I hereby bequeath al my movable and immovable properties to both my son and daughter as the sole beneficiaries at the ratio 60:40. I further bequeath that out of all my movable and immovable properties my son shall take 60% and daughter shall take the remaining 40% in all the said properties after my life time absolutely with power of alienation

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, it should not be a problem if all the properties are in the name of your father (title and ownership), and would complicate only if there is a joint property, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications.
