Will and partition court order need to follow will

Partition court order given in 2014 Case has will mentioned but if we want to divide property as per will means what needs to be done. Will is registered.

You have to go by the court order based on the Will. Ask your lawyer to request the court to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to survey the property and give his/her report to the court for dividing the property. The court will then pass an order for division of the property by metes and bounds.

File a fresh suit for Declaration and partition : if all parties agree , you can execute a fresh partition deeds as per the will and if there is a disputed , a fresh partition suit based on the will can be filed to claim roghtful shares as per the deceased’s intention or mutation and revenue records update
