Wife gave property to husband but now not allowing to sale

I married my wife in 2012 and in marrage time she gave me 2 plots and 1 agriland as dowry with her interest and all are on her name only.we did not sale them due to no need at that time , now we want to sale the property of either agriland or plot her mother and sister destroyed deals and they changed her mind set also.Now my wife and me not speaking properly because of their involvement. They changed her completely. Suddenly She went to her father's home with out informing me. She is not comming back and wrongly talking to us? Please advise us?
Your is not a conditional gift deed. Hence, issue the RCR notice to your wife and get the EC about your properties for further action.
