Wife different name how it can be added to land property owner name li

We are buying a land in village but only my father-in-law has 7/12 so as his descendant my mother in laws name and my husbands name is added but not mine because I have not changed my name after marriage. How can my name be also added as the land property owner?
Being the legal heirs of your father-in-law, the name of your husband and mother-in-law has been mutated in revenue records. You are not the legal heir of your father-in-law and hence by default your name cannot be added in 7/12. In order to do that somebody needs to give up share in his or her property.
