Widowed's right to live in shared property of father-in-law.

06-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
I am widowed, husband expired six months back. Father-in-law forcefully evicting me and I am living in small store room with my son, where our life is like a hell. My husband made a room on the floor, and currently a tenant is living in that. Previously my husband used to take the rent, but now my F-in-law taking the rent. The property is in the name of my F-in-law. My F-in-law had field a "bedakhali" case against both of his two sons. My devar (b-in-law) still living in the same house with separate room kitchen and bathroom. My F-in-law forcing me and my son to leave the house saying we are "bedkhal." I have no source of earning, no other property, nor my parents are poor. What should I do. My son is in 6th grade, F-in-law not ready to given fee or any money for us to cook food. It is large big house, but I am living in a store room, not having bed, almirah or anything, no water supply in it. He wants us to leave or live in this way. I got married under hindu law.

you can file a domestic violence case against your father in law in which you can ask relief under section 18,19 and in interim relief as to provide shalter to you and to your son. And challenge bedhkali order.
