Who has full rights of Grandfather property, after his death

Hi, My grandfather have one property(self owned) and he is not willing to gave his property to anyone! He said that take the property of mine only after my death, till that i will not write any will. He has 3 sons and 1 daughter. Each one have 2 children. After my grandfather's death, to whom the property goes?????? To his sons and daughter or to his grandchildren?

Section 8 of the Act lays down the general rules of succession in the case of Hindu males who have died intestate and inter-alia states that the property of such a male Hindu shall devolve firstly, upon the heirs of the deceased, being class I heirs.
