Who all will sign if we wish to sell our grandmothers property ?

My grand mother has a property of 11 cents and she had 10 children . my father is one among the 10 children .she is now no more . Now my father and their brorhers and sisters decided to sell this property. We are 3 daughters for my father . On registration whether we ( 3 daughters) should sign in sale deed along with our father or father sign is enough. Please clarify our doubt. Thanks in advance. Religion Hindu
On the presumption that your grandmother died without leaving a will, all her children would inherit her properties by succession. All of them should jointly sell the properties. As for you, you are entitled to your respective shares only through your father and only after his lifetime.
