Who all can claim interests in property given as gift

22-May-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather purchased a land of 600 sq yards in 1974 . Don't know whether registration is there or not. He allowed 5 sons to construct houses without any registration or in writing. My father also constructed house of 115 sq yrds in 1975 and paying all utility bills. In 2008 he has gifted one house to myself and another house attached to my house to my younger brother. He took voluntary retirement and gave job for my elder Brother in 1992. My father died in 2016. Now my elder brother wanted his share in my House. Please give ur opinion.

No your brother can not claim his share in your house provided that the said transfer of house in your favour was done by a way of gift deed or by a way of will.
