Whether permission required for selling ancestral property share

is the sister required to take permission of brother while selling the ancestral property share, which has also come in her name, after death of both parents. Only two siblings (brother and sister are alive).

There is no need to take permission if mutation has been attested in her favour as now she is absolute owner now and can deal the same in any manner. She can sell her share in the property without any permission . one thing has to be taken in mind that if she has succeded the property with any condition that she has to take permission of any other shareholder's like her brother prior to selling g the property in that eventuality she must take the permission otherwise nit
