Where can i get to know about income tax issue with the property

Hi experts, my relative is going to buy a property. During discussion with the owner he came to know that , there was an income tax raid in the office where the property owner was working 10 years back. Now question is : how can we know if income tax department has put any charge against this property which mu relative is buying?
to know that any charge or any pending litigation is against the property can can file a Right to Information application asking the same questions regarding pending litigation on the property. you will have to send it to the MCD, property department as well as income tax department
