What will be share of children in ancestral property

We have propery cases going on since the time of my great grand father...i come from a royal family and after the english left country all the property went under government under some law. Great grand father married twice .From first wife he had three sons and two daughters ,out of sons only my grand father married ,he had my father and aunt and my father has only me.within property there is a garhi(FORT) ,KILA,KOTHI(HOUSE) and several other properties over which there are sxhools and hospitals now.I want to help my father to end this how can i do that also from the second wife my great grandfather had two sons and both of them have sons and daughters.

As you mentioned in query that you come from a Royal family kindly specify the local area where your immovable properties are and do verify whether any local laws, customs in locality or rules/tradition of your Royal family permits any specific mode or arrangement for succession of ancestral family property.
