What to do when ancestral property is not distributed properly

My father have 2 brothers and 3 sisters my grandfather not give property to my father only and the property is our ancestral property now what to do

If you are sure that the property in question is ancestral property, your father can file a Civil Suit for getting his share or for getting value of his share.

But, if your grandfather has got a share of an ancestral property on partition, then this share will become his self acquired property. And no one can challenge him on his powers of disposal on the property. In other words, he will have full rights to dispose the property according to his will.
