What to do uncle acquired property by fraud and now threatens

My grandma has 4daughter and 3son.few months ago one of my uncle take grandma's all property and house but no one of her children didn't know about this.my grand father passed away in 2009.but after taking all property my uncle never came to grand ma to saw her.now grand ma want to take all her property n home back but uncle said he never give it back...n threaten evey one and grandma as well so now what can grand ma do..she is above 80 year old.plz sir told what to do now?

If your grandma transferred the property in good faith and the transfer was unconditional and was obtained by your uncle without any fraud coercion or undue influence then the transaction cannot be cancelled outrightly. It would have been better if some conditions like reversionary interest or something like that would have been present in the deed.
