What to do in case of interference in ancestral land by others
04-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather had bought land from one of our relative in 1979 and since then we were cutivating crops. Now they are asking once again want to do measurements of land, even my grandfather died so kindly suggest me what should i do, should i complaint in police station or court.
As it is a ancestral property, you are the sole owner of the said property, and no one except your Grandfather's legal heirs can claim their right on the property. So if you don't want your relatives to come to your property you can register a complaint in the nearest police station.
