What to do if there is dispute for fathers proeprty

We r 3 Brother's my mother passed away.farher is alive and his own income build home & purchased a plot also. Now he is giving plot to 1brother on bro's name for their construction & home to others 2bro's in his will and that 1 brother giving legal Haka sod from homewhat to do to make it more effective that he can't challenge for home.we r Hindu.
This is my response to you:
1. Take NOC from him stating that he will not have claim on that property;
2. Also tell your father to make a Will in your favour and register the Will;
3. Once you have Will then nobody will be able to challenge the same.
