What to do if there is a double registration of the property

Purchased a plot, in minors name in 2001 and got registered. The owner sold the same property to another person in 2003. How should I go about.
As you are first to purchase, you enjoy "Rights of priority" under the TP Act based on which you can approach the court seeking a Declaration to declare you as the rightful owner and seek nullity of the other sale deed.
