What to do if there is a double registration of the property

Purchased a plot, in minors name in 2001 and got registered. The owner sold the same property to another person in 2003. How should I go about.

As you are first to purchase, you enjoy "Rights of priority" under the TP Act based on which you can approach the court seeking a Declaration to declare you as the rightful owner and seek nullity of the other sale deed. Holding on to possession is important and save you the cost and time of litigation. Share the location details of property to determine which court can be approached.
