This is my response to you:
1. If they bought an injunction order then file a application in court to vacate it;
2. File a police complaint against your uncle for forcefully taking signature of your mother with coercion;
3. Produce an affidavit of the same in the court and reinstate your claim on your mother's property;
4. Also seek injunction order against your uncle from using the property belonging to your mother and he should not be allowed to even be seen around the property;
5. Also take help of police under CRPC if your uncle disturbs you.
