What to do if high court send seal notice

Few years back ,I have transferred my property to another person and he transferred his to me ...so we both exchange the flats with legal procedure ..but now high court has send us seal notice to our house instead of him ..so how can I proceed further

The aforesaid seal notice must be summons from high court. Someone must have filed a case against you and must have made you party to it and not to the another person. Someone might be trying to put an adverse claim against your property. Kindly forward me the aforesaid notice for getting a clear idea of your query.
