What steps should be taken if female members want to do hak tyag

Could my sisters make a hak tyag in presence of my father or hak tyag will be made after my father's death? We want hak tyag from my sisters should be done in presence of father. How can this be done?
If your query is with regard to ancestral property than yes your sisters can execute relinquish deed in your favour in lifetime of your father.if property is self earned by your father than they have no right to do so.

Hello, the question of Haq Tyag comes only after the death of your father, before that if you don't want to give any shares to your sisters than you can simply ask your father to execute a will in your favour. But if in case if your father dies without executing the will, then in that case, the point of haq tyag will come into force.

no at the time of your father there is no legal rights of yours in that property and after the death of your father your sisters can do hak tyag in favour of you with their consent you can not force them to do that and when your father is living you should not think so about your family.
