What rights does my wife have on my property share

M hindu.can my wife claim share in my residential house.which is on my other name .earlier it was on my name and i transferred it to my mother by gift deed before she have filed dv case against me .i have also filed divorce case against her My advocate is misguiding me .i dont have trust on him. We dont have anybother residential house.is she would be able to take 50 percent share in future. My father purchase it on my name after selling our old house which was on his name.
If you have already transferred the house in your mother's name by a way of gift deed then, she becomes the sole owner of the property. However, if your wife is not able to maintain herself then she can claim maintenance under section 125 CrPC. YOu will have to provide her means for living until she remarries.
