16-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
There is a flat havings 2 owners. One owner is main and other name is joint holder. Joint holder is living in that flat since 18 years. Owner and the joint holder are having bad relations and due to that owner of the flat wants to sell that flat. All cost of that flat was beared by owner but that cant be proved due to huge time gap. What can happen if these flat is sold? Does joint holder can create problems or demand share in that consideration received by selling that flat?

There is no joint holder in your case, it's called co owner and co owner has equal share in property if it's not mention in sale deed.
Any owner can sale his part of property with out consent of other party.
After that who is baught said part he can file suit for partition.
