What procedure the mosque have to adopt to get he possession of land

I have purchased a flat in thane on wakf land. Now the builder lost the case in high court against wakf ordering which scrap the old mosque trust agreement with builder. Now there is new trust in mosque. My flat has registration and I am paying tax also. At the time of purchase the builder having stay from Mumbai high court which I was not aware. Now what option I have to save my flat. The building having 34 flat including builder and it partners flat as invester, and all flat are registered. What procedure the mosque have to adopt to get he possession of land or structure on it?
