What permissions are required by MCGM corporator

can MCGM corporator enter in the premises with Fire officer and other Officer without permission of landowner/Society to do the survey of fire fitting system ? Can landowner/society file case against corporator for trespassing.?
No the said action of firefighters/officer does not amount to trespass. Although, if you don't want them to enter into your property then you can ask them to leave or you can initiate proceedings for trespass.
