Hi, I am planning to buy flat in Pune. Before buying I want to confirm that flat is legal and authorized. What paper should I check? Is there any good lawyer. Thnaks

1)Title search report for past 30 years from property lawyer.

4) work commencement certificate
5) Work completion certificate

In order to buy a flat . One needs to check various documents .
1. The agreements relating to land .
2. Number of partner
3. Joint venture if any then it's documents / agreement
4. Various NOC
5. Permissions
6. Certificate/s
7 Agreement copy to sale .
Etc .
