What must I do to transfer name in share certificate

I have late mother's WILL 4 names in it. 3 names not in contact . They are not traceable.I live in mother's flat. Probate of court has only my name.how to transfer name Pl advise

I can help. Since the Will names four beneficiaries, probate in your name as executor does not automatically transfer the entire flat to you. You can apply for transmission of your 25% share with the probate, Will and property documents. For the remaining 75%, if the other beneficiaries are genuinely untraceable, appropriate court proceedings may be required before transferring their shares.
