What legal action against Builder increased carpet area ?

Dear sir when I booked flat my carpet area was 795 sqft now I received offer of possession letter it's say carpet area became 890sqft. Builder asking 3lacs and 84000 escalation charges. What to do.

Hello, yes you can take legal action, according to allotment agreement and deed. Also can get stay order from the court and builder will refund the money with interest if you are not agreed to take that flat.
