What is the way to transfer property from sons name to mothers name.

How can son transfer flat to mother without making sale deed, gift deed or relinquishment deed ?
you cannot officially and legally transfer the property without proper execution of requisite documents. Without proper transfer and execution of documents the rights title and interest in the property cannot be transferred in the name of your mother

For what purpose you want ot transfer that property from your sons name to mothers name. Since there are only three way to transfer the property gift , will, relinquishment deed but u don't want any way.
