What is the safest way to lease out property

We have some flat / property need to give on rent but do not want any legal hassle as I want to get it assured back when I need it may be in 11 months or 2 years or whenever so I was planning to give for 11 month live and lease license is it safe ?
Yes, kindly get a lease deed made between you and your tenant for 11 months. You can have a clause stating that the rent agreement/lease agreement would be terminated after a period of 11 months and you may have to vacate in case the landlord does not want to continue with the agreement. the rent agreement also gets terminated after the period of 11 months and you can tell your tenant 2 months prior to vacate the premises through a notice
